· Federal Tax ID: Secure a Federal Tax Identification Number from the IRS for tax purposes.

Our single suites comfortably fit one salon professional. However, we do have double suites that can accommodate multiple salon professionals. Each individual private suite will have a lockable door with glass door. Furnished suites contain a styling station with mirror, styling chair, and a hooded dryer. The salon also includes an equipped break room, communal shampoo and dryer area, and laundry facilities. Your rent includes one unfurnished suite or unfurnished suite with a key, maintenance of common areas, wi-fi, electricity, water, heating and cooling, waiting area, directory listing and 24/7 security camera system.

Suite owners are responsible for cleaning their individual suites.

Yes, you can personalize your suite! Select your preferred paint color at the lease signing, and Osee Salon suites will facilitate the painting before you move in for a nominal fee. We encourage you to make the suite your own in a manner that reflects your style and enhances your client’s experience.

No. You have the freedom to choose your own product lines to use and sell. This allows you to tailor your offerings to perfectly suit your business and client preferences, and keep all the profits!

We offer a 6 or 12-month lease agreement.

Rent is due weekly on Friday’s by 5pm via auto-draft. We do not accept cash, money orders or personal checks.

The security deposit is $300.

Our rental system is easy and simple.

1. Fill Out an Application: Start by completing the application form.

2. Schedule a Tour: A team member from Osee Salon Suites will contact you to arrange a confidential tour so you can select the best suite for your needs.

3. Submit Required Documents: Return the completed application along with all required salon licensing and documentation, plus your security deposit.

4. Reservation Hold: We will hold your chosen suite for up to 10 days after your application is approved.

5. Sign Your Lease: You must sign your lease within these 10 days or you will forfeit your reservation and security deposit.
